The latest mobile apps are backward compatible and can be connected to any instance version. However, the mobile apps are not forward compatible. Beginning with ServiceNow® mobile app version 18.0, the ServiceNow platform no longer supports the Intel® x86 architecture for Android devices. The Intel® x86_64 architecture is currently still supported.
