Combine your assessments into a single submission

Combine your Smart Assessment Engine assessments so that you can respond to all of them in one view. This way, you can streamline the response process and make the handling of assessments easier.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_smart_asmt.actor

Procedure

1. Navigate to your workspace.
2. Navigate to your list of assessments.
   Here’s an example of how to navigate to this list in the Compliance Workspace.

   1. Navigate to Workspaces > Compliance Workspace
   2. Select the list icon () and then navigate to Control attestations > Smart Assessments.
3. Select the check box for each assessment that you want to combine.
4. Select Combine.
5. Enter an optional name for the combined assessment and select Proceed.

   You’re taken to a combined assessment instance that shows all the selected assessments within one assessment view. The scope, reference information, and instructions for each original assessment are preserved.

6. Respond to all questions in the assessment.
7. Select Submit all.

Result

Each assessment that you combined within this one assessment view has been submitted with your responses.
