    About this task

    Collects and analyzes metric data for an engagement and determines if a risk signal is to be created. The Analyze metric data trend agentic workflow uses metric data to monitor the health score and generate risk signals when the Poor and Neutral range thresholds are exceeded. You can view the status of the metric collection in the ServiceNow Otto panel.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Now Assist Admin > Now Assist Skills.
    2. Select Activate in the Analyze metric data trend card.

    3. Select the user role that can utilize this skill and select Save to activate the skill.
      The collected metric data is used by the ServiceNow Otto for Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) Monitor engagement health agentic workflow.
