  • Report any issue with your EMR system using the Report an EMR issue catalog item from the Care Team Operations portal.

    Procédure

    1. In the Care Team Portal, navigate to Create a request > Request IT service > Report an EMR issue.
    2. Fill in the following fields.
      Field Description
      Unit The unit in which the EMR having an issue is located.
      Short description

      A short summary of your issue.

      Describe your request in detail

      Add a detailed description of the issue occurring with the EMR.

      Provide as much relevant information as possible.

      Urgency The urgency of this issue. Options are:
      • 1 - High
      • 2 - Medium
      • 3 - Low
      Contact person The associated contact for this request.
      Phone type The phone type associated with the contact number. Options are:
      • Business
      • Mobile
      • Other
      Contact number The phone number of the associated contact for this request.
    3. Select Submit.
