Virtual Agent for Workplace Service Delivery
Workplace Service Delivery provides you with delivered conversations in Virtual Agent, which is an automated chatbot that enables employees to request services or raise inquiries. The Virtual Agent is available on the Employee Center where employees can find all their workplace-related information.

Predefined Virtual Agent topics for Workplace Service Delivery
As an employee, you can use the Virtual Agent chat support available in the Workplace Service Portal to request workplace services or know the status of any requested service. You can select the chat icon () displayed at the bottom-right of the portal to start a conversation with the Virtual Agent.

Activate Virtual Agent for Workplace Service Delivery
To activate Virtual agent for Workplace Service Delivery, activate the following plugins:
- Activate the Glide Virtual Agent plugin (com.glide.cs.chatbot) that provides the Virtual Agent framework.
- Activate the Workplace Core plugin (sn_wsd_core).
