    Purpose of the contract Subject and purpose of the contract.
    Contract type Type of contract.

    Company legal name Legal name of the third party with whom the contract has to be signed.
    Expected completion date Date by which the contract review has to be completed.
    Other party legal point of contact name Name of the person from the third party who is the point of contact.
    Other party legal point of contact email Email address of the point of contact.
