Submit a legal request for review of third-party contracts by the legal team.

Pourquoi et quand exécuter cette tâche

• You can submit a request for review of a third-party contract to engage legal counsel, get answers to questions from the third party, or have the terms and conditions provided by them reviewed.
• The certificate of completion is generated only if you have configured the system property sn_lg_contracts.enable_executed_contract_audit_certificate. For more information, see Activate a system property to generate a certificate of completion.

Procédure

1. Access the third-party contract review intake form.

   Option	Description
   Using Employee Center	Navigate to All > Employee Center Select Legal > Browse all Legal from the header. Search for and open the Third-party Contract Review request item.
   Using Legal Service Portal	Navigate to All > Legal Request > Legal Service Portal Select Service Catalog. Search for and open the Third-party Contract Review request item.

2. On the Third Party Contract Review form, fill in the fields.

3. Click Submit.

Résultats

A legal request for reviewing of the attached third-party contract document is created in the New state.
