    Plugins: Activate the following plugins:
    • Customer service installs base management (sn_install_base)
    • Customer service with request management (sn_cs_sm_request)
    • Remote Hands Request Management (sn_remote_hands)

    Role required: sn_ni_dcim_user

    Pourquoi et quand exécuter cette tâche

    The Remote Hand Request form enables your customers to request services for equipment housed in your datacenters by connecting them directly with your onsite agents handling the remote hands requests.

    Procédure

    1. Navigate to Customer Service Portal.
    2. From the Request dropdown, select Request Something.
    3. Select Data Centre tab under categories.
    4. Select Remote Hands Request.
    5. On the Remote Hands Request form, fill in the fields.
