  • Listening Posts integration with Usage Insights provides an interpretation of an employee's journey on the Listening Posts survey widgets. It provides an implicit insight on employee's behavior and their response to pulse surveys.

    Activation information

    To start using Listening Posts with Usage Insights, you must activate the Listening Posts [sn_lp], Usage Insights [com.glide.appsee], and Service Portal Analytics [com.glide.service-portal.analytics] plugins.

    Evaluating Listening Posts surveys using events in Usage Insights dashboard

    As a pulse administrator, you can evaluate the successful or unsuccessful attempts of an employee in taking the Listening Posts My Survey and Listening Posts Take Survey using the Successful submissions at survey response and Unsuccessful attempts at survey response events. For example, understanding the average time taken by an employee to respond to a survey, or the number of resignations in the survey process could be used to improve the design of future surveys or indicate whether more encouragement is needed to increase employee participation.
