Use Personalized Answers

  • Employees can use the AI-search enabled feature to seek information about their leave balance and more on the Employee Center search page.

    Personalized Answers is an AI search-enabled feature, integrated with one or more third-party integrations to provide relevant and informative content from the search page on Employee Center.

    Personalized Answers- time off feature has location-specific data. The default third-party integrations available are Kronos and Workday for specific regions that show the leave balances of employees of that region.

    Employees can simply go to the Employee Center search page and look for their remaining paid time-off time. In addition to searching for all kinds of leave balances, the employees can search for information about types of leave. For example, an employee can search for 'how much sick leave do I have left' to see information pertaining to only sick leave.

    Employee can quickly scan the remainder of leaves for the year and select Request For Leaves to apply for it. View Policy is entirely company-specific.
