Assign topics to a quick link

  • After you create a quick link, you can assign topics to the quick link. The quick link content is then displayed in the assigned topic in the Employee Center and Employee Center Pro.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sp_admin, taxonomy_manager, or taxonomy_admin

    Procedure

    1. Do one of the following:
      The Quick Link module displays the list of existing quick links.
    2. Click the quick link that you want to assign a topic to.
    3. Click the Assigned Topics tab.
    4. Click Add.
    5. In the Select a Topic dialog box, do the following:
    6. Click the Navigation tab to see the associated Advanced portal navigation and Menu item.
    7. Click Update.
