Create an allegation record for HR Service Delivery Employee Relations in the legacy UI or Agent Workspace

  • Use Allegations to provide additional details for an ER case.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_hr_er.case_writer

    Procedure

    1. From the legacy UI, navigate to Employee Relations > Cases.
    2. Select an ER case.
    3. Scroll down to the related list and select the Involved Parties tab.
    4. Select New.
    5. From the HR Service Delivery Agent Workspace UI, navigate to HR Case Management > HR Agent Workspace.
    6. Select the Lists icon (Lists icon).
    7. Select Other.
    8. Select Employee Relations Cases.
    9. Select an ER case.
    10. Select New.
    11. Fill in the form.
      Table 1. Allegation form
      Field Description
      HR case The HR case number associated with the allegation.
      Allegation type The allegation type describing the ER case. Allegation subtypes further describe an allegation. Allegation types are:
      • Customer Mistreatment
      • Discrimination
      • Drugs and Alcohol
      • Fraud and Theft
      • Harassment
      • Interpersonal Conflict
      • Misconduct
      • Retaliation
      • Wage and Scheduling
      • Workplace Violence
      Allegation subtype Further describes an allegation type.

      Your choice of allegation subtype is dependent on what you select for allegation type.

      Description Details about the allegation.
    12. Click Save or Submit.
      The Subjects of Allegation section appears.HR - ER Allegation
    13. Click the Lookup using list icon Lookup using list icon and the Involved Parties list appears.
    14. Click New to add an involved party to the allegation.
      Or, search for specific names or type of involved party. For more information, see Create an involved parties record.
      The Outcome field appears.
    15. Click into the field and select an outcome from the list.
    16. Click Update or Save.
