Submit a survey from an email message

  • Submit a survey about your experience using the feedback card in a Microsoft Outlook email message.

    Before you begin

    To enable a survey in the email channel, the email notification and the survey must be selected in the feedback definition for the required workflow.

    For information about experience feedback, see Integrated experience and service feedback.

    Note:
    The survey card only appears at the top of the email message.

    Procedure

    1. Launch the Microsoft Outlook application.
    2. Open an email message and select Get Started.
      Note:
      Surveys that are longer than the limit set by the admin are opened on the portal specified by the admin.
    3. On the actionable card, enter text or select appropriate options based on the survey questions.
    4. Select Submit.
