    • Use the Collection form to create a content collection in Learning Core to dynamically group Learning content that includes multiple internal and external courses.

    Field Description
    Title Name of the collection.
    Course catalog Course catalog associated with the collection.
    Level The difficulty level of content in the collection.

    • Intermediate
    • Advanced
    Course type The type of content in the collection.
    • Collection
    • Path
    State Current state of the collection.
    Active Option to enable the collection.

    When this check box is selected, the collection can be accessed by users.
    Image Image associated with the collection.
    Estimated duration Estimated duration of the collection in days, hours, minutes, and seconds.
    Details
    Short description Brief description about the collection.
    Description Detailed description about the collection.
    Approval Approval status of the collection.
    Audience
    Non discoverable Option for the visibility of the collection.

    When this check box is selected, the collection doesn't appear in the search results on the Learning portal. Every collection is discoverable by default.
    Metrics
    Average rating Average rating of content in the collection.
    Release Lifecycle
    Published Published date of the collection.
    Planned publish date Scheduled publish date of the collection.
    Valid until Retirement date of the collection.
