    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_hr_core.admin
    Note:
    Ensure you have activated the Agent Chat [com.glide.interaction.awa] plugin prior to using this feature. For more information on configuring chat, see Set up Agent Chat.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Conversational Interfaces > Settings > Agent Chat.
    2. In the Agent Experience section, select Connect Support settings.
    3. In the HR Fulfiller UI field, change to Agent Workspace.
    4. Select Save or Update.
