Use Agent Chat Settings to configure Agent Chat for HR Service Delivery Agent Workspace.
Before you begin
Note:
Ensure you have activated the Agent Chat [com.glide.interaction.awa] plugin prior to using this
feature. For more information on configuring chat, see Set up Agent
Chat.
Procedure
- Navigate to .
- In the Agent Experience section, select Connect Support settings.
- In the HR Fulfiller UI field, change to Agent Workspace.
- Select Save or Update.
