Apply user criteria to an activity to define which users, groups, and roles can
access the activity.

About this task
In the My active items widget, the activity that a user
does not have access to is not displayed for that user.
Procedure

Navigate to .
The Activity Configurations module displays the list of existing
activity configurations.

Click the activity configuration that you want to restrict access to.

Click the Activity Access tab.

| Add a new user criteria |
- Click New.
- On the form, fill in the fields. For more information about
the form fields and descriptions, see User Criteria form.
- Click Submit.

| Edit an existing user criteria |
- Click Edit.
- On the Edit Members form, select the required roles, users, and groups from the Collection column and move them to the Activity Access List column by clicking the right arrow icon (
).
- Click Save.
