Add workplace locations to a reservable module

  • Configure workplace locations that must be available to users for reservation when they select a reservable module. Restrict the usage of a workplace by adding only those workplaces that are can be reserved.

    Role required: sn_wsd_rsv.admin

    About this task

    Add workplace locations to a reservable module so that employees can access only those workplaces while making a reservation. By default, there are no workplace locations added to a reservable module.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Workplace Reservation Management > Administration > Reservable Module.
    2. Select the reservable module to which you want to add workplace locations.
    3. On the form, scroll down to the Workplace Locations related list.
    4. Click Edit....
    5. On the Edit members form, set the filter option Active to True.
    6. Select the workplace locations by doing the following:
      1. Select the workplace location from the Collection column on the left.
      2. Move the selection to the Workplace Locations List column on the right.
        To move the location, use the add/remove icon (Add remove time slot icon).
      3. Click Save.

    Result

    The workplace locations are added to the reservable module. When an employee selects the reservable module to make a reservation, only the configured workplace locations are displayed.
