Resolve an error during send for signature
As a legal user or fulfiller, update and synchronize signatory details when send for signature fails due to a mismatch between signatory information in the contract request and contract document.

Role required:
- sn_lg_ops.legal_user and sn_cm_core.contract_user
- sn_cm_core.contract_fulfiller
About this task
Note:
If you are using Contract Management Pro version 1.2.1 and the document is an internal document stored on your ServiceNow instance, signatories are automatically updated in the contract document when you send it
for signature.
Procedure
Result
A new contract document revision is created with the latest signatory details and sent for signature.
