  • Several types of components are installed with activation of the Workplace Central application, including tables, user roles, and business rules.

    Roles

    Note:
    When using a dependent application with Workplace Central, ensure that you account for the required user roles of the dependent applications. For instance, if you are using Workplace Case Management in Workplace Central, make sure to assign the appropriate roles required for Workplace Case Management to access the Case Management module in Workplace Central.
