Configure signal actions for Proactive Prompts

  • Set signal actions to enable end users who receive a prompt through Virtual Agent to act on it.

    Before you begin

    Note:
    Signal actions are used for Virtual Agent. Employee Portal uses the action group for actions.

    Role required: sn_pp.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Proactive Prompts > Signal Actions.
    2. Select New.
    3. On the form, fill in the fields:
      Table 1. Signal actions form
      Fields Description
      Name Name of the signal action.
      VA topic The relevant Virtual Agent topic for the signal action.
      Active Option to activate the signal action record.
    4. Select Submit.
