Add contract documents to non-self-served contract request

As a contract user or the person for whom the contract was requested, add single or multiple contracts and classify them.

Role required: sn_cm_core.contract_user

About this task

• The non self served contract request supports the upload of contract and supporting documents. Only the contract documents are sent for signature.
• You can attach multiple documents, one document at a time.
• You can attach contract documents when the contract request is in Draft state.

Procedure

1. Navigate to your workspace.
2. Select a contract request.
3. In the Contract Document tab, select Attach Document.
4. In the Select contract type drop-down, select the type of contract.
5. Select Attach file link.
6. Select the file to be attached.
7. Select Attach.
   The selected file is attached and listed in the Contract Documents related list.
