Add a workplace contract service to a contract in Core UI

Workplace contract services are the common services offered as part of the lease contract. You can add and track the services along with their associated costs.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_wsd_la.manager or sn_wsd_la.admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Workplace Lease Administration > Workplace Contracts.
2. Select the contract.
3. In the Workplace Contract Services related list, select New
4. On the form, fill in the fields.

   Field	Description
   Name	Name of the contract service.
   Cost	The currency and cost of the contract service.
   Workplace Contract	The contract name is auto-filled.
   Description	Description of the contract service.
   Domain	The domain for the service.

5. If the contract service type you want does not appear in the Workplace Contract Service type field drop-down list, create it.
   1. Right-click Category and select Configure choices.
   2. On the Configure Category Choices form, in the Enter a new item field, enter the name of the category that you want to add.
   3. Select Add.
6. Select the desired category from the Workplace Contract Service type field drop-down list.
7. Select Submit.
