  • Run remedial actions from the Action library in incident investigation with DEX to resolve detected device and application issues.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_dex.service_desk_user, sn_dex.engineer

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. Select the List icon from the navigation pane and navigate to the incidents list from the Incidents section.
    3. Open the incident record for the DEX monitored device and select the Investigation tab.
    4. Select the Action library icon in the contextual side panel.
    5. Browse the list of available remedial actions and choose an action that addresses your issue.
    6. Select Run action on the action card to execute the action.
