| Request 30-day trial |
If the provider requires it, you might have to receive approval before starting a 30-day trial of an application. Trials are available for non-production instances only. For more information, see Start an application trial from the ServiceNow Store. |

Initiate the start of a trial period to test an application on non-production instances. For more information, see Start an application trial from the ServiceNow Store. |
| Manage trial entitlements |
After initiating a trial, you can choose which non-production instances have access to the application. For more information, see Start an application trial from the ServiceNow Store. |
| Accept Terms |
If an application has custom terms and conditions, review and accept them as part of procurement. Both paid applications and applications that are available at no additional cost might have custom terms and conditions. |
| Request app |
Applications that are available at no additional cost might need to be requested and approved by the provider before they can be installed. These applications can be installed on production or non-production instances. For more information, see Get a free application. |
| Request purchase/license |
Some applications must be requested and approved by the provider before they can be purchased. If approved and purchased, these applications can be installed on production or non-production instances. For more information, see Buy a ServiceNow application or Buy a partner application. |
