View workplace scenarios

    View the scenarios created in your workplace using the Space optimization module. The Space optimization module provides you with metrics for scenarios based on their current state. You get a list of total scenarios and of scenarios that were created based on buildings. At any time, you can monitor the status of a scenario by checking the Space optimization module. For more information about the Space optimization module, refer to Space Optimization - Key features and actions.

    프로시저

    1. Navigate to any one of the following locations:
      • All > Workplace Central > Workplace Central.
      • All > Scenario Planning > My Scenario Plans
      You can also open Workplace Central from the Employee Center directly. Navigate to Workspaces > Workplace Central.
      The Workplace Analytics dashboard opens.
    2. On the left pane, select Space Optimization icon (Space optimization.).
      The Space optimization dashboard opens.
    3. 옵션: View the numbers of the scenarios based on their current state by seeing the Scenarios section.
      You can also select the numbered tile to view the details of the scenarios.
    4. 옵션: View all the scenarios regardless of their current state.
      1. In the Scenarios section, go to All scenarios.
        A list of scenarios is displayed. The list displays five scenarios at a time.
      2. View all the scenarios by scrolling down the list and clicking View all.
        The Scenarios tab opens.
    5. View all the buildings of your workplace.
      You can open a building and view the building on a stack plan. The stack plan displays the current scenario that is deployed on the building. You can also create a scenario directly from a building scenario plan.
      1. In the Scenarios section, go to All buildings.
        A list of buildings is displayed. The list displays five buildings at a time.
      2. View all the buildings by scrolling down the list and clicking View all.
        The Buildings tab opens.
