Configure summary fields on the standard ticket page such that the page displays the Summarize button, enabling requesters to view Now Assist-generated overviews of recent ticket activity and details.

Procedure

On the Ticket Configuration form, select the Standard Ticket Summary Fields related list.

Select New.

On the form, fill in the fields.
