Activate a remote record producer in Service Exchange

    • Activate entitlements to use a service or product that you have purchased.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Service Exchange Consumer > Provider Connections.
    2. Select the Number column to navigate to the Provider connection record.
      The list of entitlements available is displayed.
    3. Select the Remote record producers related list and select a remote record producer that you want to activate.
    4. In the Remote record producer page, select Activate to activate the entitlement.
      If the remote record producer contains scripts, the scripts get automatically approved when you select Activate.
    5. Optional: Approve scripts individually from the Remote Script Approvals tab.
      1. In the Approved column, change the script status to true.
      You must approve all the scripts to activate the remote record producer. If you don't approve all the scripts, you can't activate the remote record producer.
