Preferences widget for Employee Profile
User Preferences can be accessed as a separate Preferences widget for customers who have opted in for the Employee Profile.
User Preferences on the user profile page, is available, on the Employee Center and Employee Center Pro portal, as the Preferences widget for customers who have opted in for the Employee Profile.
Customers who have opted in to the Employee Profile can see the Preferences option available on the list when they click the user avatar.
You can manage Display options like, Date and time format, Timezone, Language from Preferences. You can also choose your settings for Accessibility, Notifications, and Debugging as required.
The User preferences on the user profile page is no longer available for Employee Profile customers.
However, customers who have never opted in to the Employee Profile or have opted out of it, can still see the embedded feature residing on the user profile page.
