Verify the Main node configurations and relationships

  • Verify that the Main node configurations are set up and the relationships are configured in Operational Resilience.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_oper_res.manager

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Data Relationships Framework > Main node configurations.

      The Main node configurations that are provided with the base system are displayed.

      The hierarchy levels are configured such as Business Service (BS) > Service Offering (SO) > Business Process (BP) > Application Service (AS). The relationship can be one-to-many or one-to-one. The system administrators can create relationships with the given hierarchy levels only.

    2. Verify that and CI and non-CI relationships are configured in CMDB, Main node configurations and node relationship configurations are set up, and entities are generated in Operational Resilience.

      Before running the scheduled job, you can verify the relationships set up for an object. The following example shows the relationships configured in the Main node configuration.

      The following example illustrates the node relationship configurations set up in the Business Process to Dependencies main node configuration, as configured in the previous example.
