Hyperlink card form

The Hyperlink form presents elaborate data on the form's fields and their corresponding descriptions.

You must have the Desktop Assistant administrator [sn_dex_desktop.admin] role to access the form.

Table 1. Hyperlink Cards form fields and description

Field	Description
Name	Unique name for the card title.
Header	Unique name for individual pages in the card. When you select a card, it takes you to the details page. The name in the Header field appears as the header or title of that detailed page.
URL	URL of the site or page that opens when you select the card. Note: There are two options for the URL: Relative URL: "/esc" launches in reference to the current instance. Public URL: Needs a full name with protocol such as https://www.servicenow.com/. Use the Unlock Visible Fields icon () and under the Available section, select the fields to be visible and then select the right arrow icon () to move it to the Selected section. You can also use the up arrow icon () or the down arrow icon () to customize the column position.
Description	Short description of the card.
Icon	Image that appears on the card. Use the Click to add link and select Choose File to select an image from your system.
