Mobile resolution notes generation
Use Now Assist on mobile devices to generate resolution notes that summarize work orders.
Agents can save time and improve their productivity by enabling Now Assist to generate resolution notes, rather than manually entering them in the work order record. Agents can edit the notes before they submit them and save them to the record.
This feature is currently only available with Now Assist for Field Service Management (FSM). For more information, see Resolution notes generation.
This example shows a work order where Now Assist generated the resolution notes about a printer replacement. Agents can edit or delete generated notes before submitting the resolution notes. For more information, see Now Assist.
