  • Submit a guest review to leave feedback on an app or integration if you don't have a ServiceNow Store account or want to leave an anonymous review.

    Before you begin

    The app you’re reviewing must be installed on your instance.

    About this task

    You can review an app after your organization buys or trials it. App reviews provide valuable feedback about what you like and what possible updates you want to see in the future.

    The ability to review apps is not currently available to federal customers.

    Procedure

    1. In the ServiceNow Store, find and select the listing of the app you want to review.
    2. From the navigation panel in the app listing details, select Ratings and reviews.
    3. Select Write a Review.
    4. Select Verify Email.
    5. On the guest review form, fill in the fields.
      For a description of the field values, see Guest review form fields.
    6. Select Submit.
      You receive a verification email.
    7. In the verification email, select the unique link to publish your review.

    Result

    The name, company, comment, and rating that you entered into the Guest review form are visible in the review posted to the app listing details.
