    Field Description Visibility
    Version Version number of the app you're reviewing. Not publicly visible.
    First Name First or given name. Publicly visible.
    Tip:
    If you want to leave an anonymous review, enter Anonymous.
    Last Name Last or family name. Publicly visible.
    Tip:
    If you want to leave an anonymous review, enter User.
    Email Email address associated with the account you use to access the instance.
    Note:
    This email address should be the same address that you used in the Business email field on the Verification form.
    		 Not publicly visible.
    Company Name of your company or organization. Publicly visible.
    Review Feedback about the app. Your feedback could include whether you recommend the app, how user-friendly it is, features you'd like to see added in the future, and so on. Publicly visible.
    Rating Number of stars out of five, where a five-star rating is the highest and a one-star rating is the lowest. Publicly visible.
