Use your workplace services. Make a reservation, schedule your arrival and more.

Note:

In Workplace Core [sn_wsd_core] version 2.19.0 and above, the navigation path for Workplace Services Portal is not available in the application search context menu AllWorkplace Core. You can access the Workplace Service from the Employee Center portal home page. For more information, see Workplace services on the Employee Center portal.

In Workplace Core Workplace Core version 2.18.1 and later the application search context menu is available (All > Self-Service > Employee Center > Workplace services.)

• Schedule your arrival time at a workplace location
  Schedule your arrival at a workplace location by using Workplace Core. Prevent long lines and safely enter the location.
• Making workplace reservations
  Make workplace reservations in Workplace Core when you are ready to return to the office. You can reserve a workplace for a day or less directly or request a workplace for a specified period. Once a reservation request is approved and confirmed, you are notified about the reservation details. The Workplace Service Delivery also offers more advanced workplace reservation options in the Workplace Reservation Management application.
• Manage workplace activities and services with Location directory
  Explore workplace campuses, sites, buildings, and neighborhoods using the Location directory. Get directions using map routes to a meeting room, building, or co-workers to collaborate effectively. Search for employees, locations, and neighborhood spaces. Reserve a space, request, or report a workplace service issue. Filter spaces by reservation states, occupancy states to get insights on space availability.
