Request a Logik.ai instance by contacting Logik DevOps, then add the public certificate from the publickkey.cer.

Procedure

Navigate to Now Support.

Select Create a case.

In the Now Assist chat, select click here to open the case form.

Select Service request.

Enter Request a new CPQ instance and select Next.

Select your instance and select Next.
Note: Contact Primary Customer Administrator (PCA) if your instance is not listed in the instances list.

Select Continue.

Enter the Client ID and Client secret fetched from Step 2 and the public certificate details.

Select Continue.

Review the summary and select Confirm and Submit.
