Get started with MSIM
Review the following information before you start working with Major Security Incident Management.
Role required: sn_msi.workspace_admin.
For an easy installation and configuration of the Major Security Incident Management application, you may have to verify if the following plugins are activated.
Important:
An update set (KB1289784) is available within the Major Security Incident Management Quick Start Guide to help users with an easy configuration set up, you need to import the update set after you complete the
application installation. Follow the procedure detailed in the Quick Start Guide (Step 2) under the Supporting documents section within the MSIM application, which is on ServiceNow Store.
