We know that our culture flourishes with different perspectives, which helps our teams innovate and drive business success at the highest levels. Our relationships are built on trust from the start because, as our CEO Bill McDermott says, "trust is the ultimate human currency".

In the last year, we've continued to sustain or improve representation of underrepresented groups and women in both tech and non-tech roles across the company. And we're getting noticed. The American Opportunity Index recognised ServiceNow with top scores in fairness, pay, promotion and culture. We were also named among the Fortune Best Workplaces for Women.

5. Empowering through flexibility

In addition to providing the tools and resources to help our people do their best work, we give them flexibility to achieve personal balance between work and life outside of ServiceNow.

This includes global well-being programmes and benefits, a global Wellfest, "brain breaks" with inspirational speakers, and six well-being days each year (in addition to holidays and paid time off). We've seen an increase in our employee experience scores because of these benefits, and we're always looking for new ways to help one another thrive.
