Since joining in 2019, Amy has been a strong advocate for customer and product experience. She played a key role in launching Now Assist, including agentic AI, Next Experience, and Employee Center Pro, as well as bringing omnichannel experiences to mobile and tablet. Amy has championed advancements in accessibility, integrating it into the early stages of the product cycle. These innovations have strengthened ServiceNow's market position and paved the way for product development that considers the needs of all customers.
