Bill Hansey

Bill Hansey is a product marketing director at ServiceNow. Throughout his years at the company, he's supported IT workflows solutions and IT Service Management (ITSM) products, focusing on customer messaging and sales enablement and driving ITSM-related content for the annual Knowledge conferences.

Bill has more than 20 years of product marketing experience in IT software, hardware and software as a service (SaaS) solutions. Before joining ServiceNow, he worked at Symantec, TrendMicro and other IT security companies. Bill is an avid runner, former Alaskan and French Bulldog herder.
