Blake McConnell

Blake McConnell is senior vice president of industry products at ServiceNow. He supports the company’s industry-specific product strategy, working in concert with sales, marketing, alliance and channels, product success, and customer success. Formerly, Blake led employee workflow products, having joined ServiceNow in May 2017.

Prior to ServiceNow, Blake served as chief operating officer of Dell EMC’s Emerging Technologies Division. He also spent 10 years at Veritas/Symantec running product management for backup, recovery, and enterprise security, as well as leading various business development, alliance, and strategy teams.
