Jeff De Graef is partner business development manager for customer relationship management (CRM) at ServiceNow for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) North. He has more than 20 years of experience in digital transformation and customer experience—and an academic background in data science and applied AI. Jeff helps organisations reinvent CRM as an AI-first system of action where AI, data, and workflows connect teams to help extract greater value from customer processes and make customer interactions frictionless and user-friendly.

Before joining ServiceNow, Jeff held go-to-market and management roles at BT, NTT, Dimension Data, Siemens, and Interactive Intelligence. His responsibilities spanned presales, go-to-market, business unit management, and sales.
