Jim Van Over

A futurist and storyteller, Jim Van Over works as an innovation strategist in the Chief Innovation Office for ServiceNow. In his role, Jim challenges the status quo of the world of work by encouraging new ways of thinking for ServiceNow customers, partners and alliances.

As a hands-on practitioner, he is passionate about maintaining a growth mindset, never standing still and helping people and organisations. In addition, he's a founding member of Work Forward, a nonprofit organisation dedicated to the future of work.
