Mark has held a number of leadership roles at ServiceNow over the past eight years, spanning solution consulting and go-to-market within the CRM business unit. He has previously led teams and delivered CRM projects for Oracle, Siebel, and Technology Solutions Company, always focused on delivering value to customers.
