Simon Short is senior vice president of customer excellence at ServiceNow. He leads the Customer Excellence Group, whose mission is to ensure ServiceNow is the best buying decision customers ever make.

Simon brings more than two decades of leadership across high tech, professional services, and enterprise software. Before joining ServiceNow, he served as chief operating officer at Advanced, executive vice president of customer success at Salesforce, and global lead for Capgemini's Digital Customer Experience service line.
