Hi Community, We had this question for a while that if agents are not available, how can we transfer the chat to some other queue? I have shown in this video how can we seamlessly transfer chat from one queue to other after checking the presence status of all agents( If the agents are not available) Please mark this article if it was helpful. What if the agent wants to go Out of Office and  for certain period of time to transfer the chat to particular queue.
