Hello, I'm Steve My company is in the process of moving to Snow from Ivanti, I'm new to Snow as a Admin, any helpful hints would be appreciated. Any Planned meet ups in the Montgomery area?

Greetings @Sjohnso1518. Welcome to the ServiceNow Community and congratulations on the start of your journey. I'm sure others will chime in with their helpful recommendations. I would highly recommend checking out the ServiceNow University website (formerly Now Learning). It has TONS of free on-demand video courses to get you started. Most people start with the ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) but if there is a particular ServiceNow module that you are interested in, you will find training material for that as well. I will include some links below to get you started. I hope it helps!

If you are new to Servicenow , Make sure you have completed first
After completion of it, Complete ServiceNow Administration Fundamental -
Then Go for CSA certification.
