How to create 4 child Ticket and 1 parent from MRVS

When i raise a ticket from portal then a mrv will open when i fill that mrvs add form to it minimum 4 forms, and click on submit then, 4 child ticket and 1 parent ticket must be created how can i achieve it.

so what did you start with?

you can use record producer script if you are showing MRVS on record producer

How to create records in a table from MRVS? 

enhancements required

1) create parent ticket

2) iterate all the MRVS rows and store the inserted parent ticket sysId in the parent field of your table
