Having a time confiming if what we're trying to produce is possible. We've been using Tableau for an aging 'grid' broken out by Assignment Group & Weekly Aging with ticket counts in the body. We've seen that SNOW reports can produce X & Y axis, but can't break the specifics out how we want. Am scouring online and using reporting & Perf Analytics to try and get what we want.
Here's an example of the scheduled deliverable report we'd like to see, in ANY format really, hopefully with hyperlinks to the ticekts/buckets. Wondering if this grid is configurable and/or if the hyperlinks would only work when viewed within SNOW, or if an emailed report coudl still have that functionality.
