can you please advise if we are tracking Change State Duration in the change_metrics and by extension the Metric_instance tables? I would like to be able to access this data I see other change specific definitions but not this one (It could just be my access). If not, what is the process to be able to do so? one of the markers we are looking at is how long changes stay within a different state. This will be across all change states and will support process improvement initiatives and ongoing governance metrics.
