CSA Delta exam

Hi,

I am unable to access or attempt the Delta Exam in ServiceNow University.
The exam option is not visible in my account.

I have already raised a support case, but I wanted to check if anyone else faced a similar issue and found a solution.

Hi @RevathiB 

Looks like there isn’t an exam for you to be appearing now. Did you complete your CSA on time? Then there’s no need for a delta.

Or go to My Achievements and check if any certificate is showing as “At Risk.”

You need to pay first, and then you’ll need to appear for the Delta.

Hi @RevathiB 

 

Confirm your  annual maintenance fee in the ServiceNow University portal is paid before the delta exam

appears.

 

If you are not getting the exam path ->

Go to "My Learning" -> "Achievements." The certification must show as "At Risk" to indicate the delta is due.

 (Note: For me when I was scrolling down in nowlearning home page -> certification which were "At Risk" ,were showing)

 

 

If nothing found, Open your browser in incognito mode/private browser.

 

If still no help, Wait for Now learning Support's help.
